Hi! I currently have an offer from UVA McIntire School of Commerce in MS Commerce (Finance Track), Duke MMS Program and MS Quantitative Finance at Maryland.
I am also a candidate for CFA Level II, from India. Another factor to note is that the program at McIntire is going to be almost $30,000/- cheaper.
Also, considering the current panic regarding corona virus, should I also consider not choosing any?
I would like to choose the offer which provides a good chance to secure a job in the US as a financial analyst, with the best ROI.
Congratulations on the Admissions offers from all three
Out of curiosity, why not go for an MBA instead??
Anyhow, don't worry about the corona situations, things come and go, right?
About your decision, I cannot tell you what choice to make unless I know what you want from a particular program?
It's clearly not the money as it would've been a straight forward choice.
What other parameters you're looking for? If its placement, all three are pretty good, Duke is kind of a leader in all the domains splconsulting, companies visit campus in Durham, plus the brand advantage of Duke is there but UVA is amazing too.
Let me know what parameters you value most and we can work your equation out
