Question stem:- What is the circumference of the smaller of the two circles?

St1:- The center of the smaller circle lies on the circumference of the larger circle.
No information about the position of the centers of the two circles or radii.
Insufficient.

St2:- The radius of the larger circle is 20.
No information about the radius of the smaller circle or the distance between the centers of two circles.
Insufficient.

combined, radius of the smaller circle< 20 and greater than 0.
So, circumference of smaller circle is not unique.
Insufficient.
