C

x=1 y=7
or
x=-1 y=-7

(x-y)^4= (6)^4 or (-6)^4

IMO C
1) is not sufficient since 1,7 or 49,1/7 etc
2)any integer INSUFFI

1) and 2) suffi since -1,-7 or 1,7 both give same answer

IMO C

A:

x= 3.5 , y=2 , xy=7 (x-y)^4 = (1.5)^4 = zzz5

x =1 , y = 7 => xy=7 and (x-y)^4 = (-6)^4 =zzz4

x =-1 , y = -7 => xy=7 and (x-y)^4 = (6)^4 =zzz4

b: with the help of b we can eliminate first one (3.5,2), as x and y is only integers

A+B , we can get definate answer
C is anwser
