I definitely think the smaller, business school only graduation ceremony is the one to go to. You'll have your name called and your friends and family can see you. But, that is also the one where all your classmates will be and you'll be able to spend time with them again. There will also normally be a reception held by the school afterwards whereas they might not do that with the larger campus-wide ceremony.
