So much for trying to pick upsets. Only 2 teams in the Sweet Sixteen aren't a top 4 seed, Arizona and Purdue. My bracket is busted.

And it's not as if Zona/Purdue haven't been there before. One drawback (imho) to this era of TV coverage / internet is that its so hard for teams to fly under the radar during the season like they used to. I'd at least like to see a couple non-1 seeds make the final 4, so some dude who clicked 'select all higher seeds' on his bracket at 11:59am last Thursday doesn't win the thing like he would have last year....

We should have a SECOND CHANCE competition. The deadline is March 26.

The reward would be 1/2 the kudo points as the full bracket (last place would get 0 kudos).

Eh, I vote no. I'm already out of contention (I think I can come in 2nd or 3rd with some help), but March Madness pools have always been about the best bracket, not the best 1/4 bracket.

The Duke and Memphis losses killed me. I'm on the fast track back to the cellar. Best I can hope for now is a bunch of upsets so UNC and Louisville don't win.
