Asked: What is the regular price?

A computer is on sale for $1600, which is a 20% discount off the regular price. (100%-20%) R =$1600
R = $1600/80% =$2000

E. $2200 Discount of 20% is applied on regular price so the resulting price$1600 is 80% of actual price
Thus, $$\frac{80}{100}$$* regular price = 1600
Regular price = 1600*$$\frac{100}{80}$$
Regular price = 2000

$$1600/0.8=16000/8=2000$$
