Setup the equation from the words as follows:
$$\sqrt{3x/5}= x$$
Simplify this to:
$$0 = x(5x - 3)$$
Since we are told$$x \neq 0, x = 3/5$$.

Also can I get some thumbs up for using the math notation right for the first time!

$$\sqrt{\frac{3x}{5}} = x$$

Or, $$\frac{3x}{5} =x^2$$

Or, $$5x = 3$$

So, $$x = \frac{3}{5}$$, Answer must be (D)
