Idiom usage - Either X or Y
X and Y has to be parallel
(A) in improving the customer service experience or developing new approaches to long term customer relationship management.

(B) in improving the customer service experience or to develop new approaches to long term customer relationship management.

(C) in improving the customer service experience or in developing new approaches to long term customer relationship management.

(D) to improve the customer service experience or developing new approaches to long term management of customer relationship.

(E) to improve the customer service experience or to develop new approaches to long term customer relationship management.

this is a tricky one, as with all idioms. I got it wrong. The challenge is where the parallel phrase is supposed to being i.e. is it involved in either X or Y or involved either in X or Y. When i put it this way it became clearer to me "involved either in..." does not sound correct, while "involved in either" sounds way better
