this is a tricky one, as with all idioms. I got it wrong. The challenge is where the parallel phrase is supposed to being i.e. is it involved in either X or Y or involved either in X or Y. When i put it this way it became clearer to me "involved either in..." does not sound correct, while "involved in either" sounds way better

Hi,

Can you please explain how C is the correct answer here ?
In Either-Or Construction, what follows after either and or should be parallel. How is "actively involved in" is parallel to "in developing"....
