This is an interesting question.
Initially I also faced some problem with BF Q.
1.Don't just act on bold part
2.Categorise each sentence as claim/opinion
3.Chose Main conclusion and direction of bold part wrt MC
4.play keen attention to answer choice and slow read to understand each and every word clearly

The best strategy is to understanding the language of the question well. That way you will be able to determine how the boldfaces are related to one another. That will only come with practice
