In simple terms, you can follow the following steps :

1) Read the argument and identify the premises and conclusion.
2) Take each bold face at a time. Scan through the choices and eliminate the choices which are absolutely wrong. (eg Bold face 1 is a premise => Eliminate choices that list bold face 1 as conclusion).
3) Repeat step 2 with the other bold face portion.
4) If there are still multiple options remaining, read the options closely and determine the choice which identifies the role of both the bold faces correctly.
Conclusion category: Claim, prediction, objection, judgement etc
Premise category: Observation, findings, evidence, information etc.

This simple technique will help you improve your accuracy with 600-700 range bold faces.

This is an interesting question.
Initially I also faced some problem with BF Q.
1.Don't just act on bold part
2.Categorise each sentence as claim/opinion
3.Chose Main conclusion and direction of bold part wrt MC
4.play keen attention to answer choice and slow read to understand each and every word clearly

The best strategy is to understanding the language of the question well. That way you will be able to determine how the boldfaces are related to one another. That will only come with practice
