Booth needs to stop doing this man!!! I got an e-mail from admissions that my status is now "Complete" (something I was expecting). But just reading an e-mail from an e-mail address showing up as "admissions" gets my heart beating faster.

it seems Booth reads the applications by submission date? I submitted 10 days before the deadline and my application was "completed" the day after the deadline...

If I don't receive an invite tomorrow... bad thing

Someone asked this question during Booth Live and Adcom insisted that it's random: submission date affects when your application goes complete, of course, but once complete, it has no bearing on when it's read. So don't lose hope if you don't get invited tomorrow. I'm holding out hope until the very last day :)

If they don't review apps by order received then I wonder how they're sorting through and prioritizing... (maybe GMAT scores? in which case I'll likely be at the bottom of the pile, assuming a descending order).

So I'm guessing they start reviewing once the file goes complete? Or do they review while the file is still under processing. The reason I ask is because my file just went complete today. So I'm trying to figure out how quickly would I receive an interview invite (if any).

I second the above.

I'm reminding myself that the REAL date to worry about is Nov 10th... not tomorrow, the 27th... If I get an invite between the 27th and the 10th, then that's just a wonderful surprise. Other than that, I'm keeping my eyes set on the 10th (and the 5th for Wharton)

Last year they sent the invites at 10:00 am EST

interview invites are random,

basically the way it was described to me by adcom was one reader could have 10 apps assigned and another has 20, the 20 could of been assigned ones that were submitted first but #19 for that person probably wont get read till after the reader with 10 is done,

no panicking yet

A few more hours to go. I have to keep reminding myself that there's a 2 week window till 10 Nov. We're still on 26 and already I've checked my application status 5 times today! Waiting through 2 weeks is going to be tough - I just hope they let me know either way earlier.
