moshennik, I think you're correct - 6pm. I get thrown off by the timestamps. latammc, I completely feel you. I would love to get a win under my belt instead of starring out with a big loss. When they said it wouldn't be the same date this year I wonder if they meant "black monday" as moshennik put it or Dec 15th as that was how the question was asked. Wow, when I read back over this I sound like a psychopath.

Minicho, last year, by the date "black monday" arrived, they had already arranged interviews at several regions. If you check BW forums, and other sources (friends, people you know) they have not arranged interviews outside the US, except for some exceptions. That is kinda strange for me. Another thing that thrills me is that the forums have been really quite over the last week, no new invites and as of last wednesday, there were no invites for MIT in Argentina (there are not many applicants here, and we kinda know each other and keep in touch)...

Of course, there could always be the case that they already know who will be dinged anyways and they just want to stop the suffering for all those people...

Well even inside the US are they done?
Has anyone heard anything in Texas yet?
Also, since MIT has only 2 rounds, I'm guessing there'll be more than the handful of interview invites given out so far. Or maybe it's just my optimism.

The whole site seems to be jacked up.

I mailed the technical support. Usually, i login with my user id and password. But the user friendly id didn't work anymore. Instead only a random PIN no has become my id now.

Try to mail to the tech support - they are really charming.

Everytime the Gmail icon on my browser pops up, I just jump out of my seat...this is definitely not healthy, the Application process, has drained at least 5 years of life expectancy

I've been having this problem for some days now, even if I go to app.applyyourself. com/AYForgottenPassword/ForgottenPassword_Applicant.asp and ask for my password it says that my user doesn't exists.. I am very nervous that they deleted my application, I've contacted the tech staff and they say they are cheking this issue.

I'm nervous, really nervous!!!!

And one more freaking email from Sloan in my mailbox.... For the Master of Finance... a relief today as I thought first it was my black Monday ding!

I just received good news. No, I haven't got an Interview, but my account was re-established. I was SO freaked out. I received an email from tech support letting me know that my PIN number changed and they gave me my new pin and password.

I'm a little less nervous now... just waiting for an Interview!!!

Have not applied to HBS so far and Stanford most likely (99.99%) a ding (no interview invite to date)...I am waiting for Booth on Wed and Wharton on Friday...not a definite winner in my Ranking as there are several factors playing and I just don't want to anticipate to Adcom decisions.

and yes, I am from Arg...
