Hi is there any difference is the chances of selection in r2 vs r3? I am thinking to apply in r3 post improvement in gmat score

Not really, ISB doesn’t change their criteria for R3 so the principle to apply when you’re ready, remains true!

On a separate note, spent a day at Masters’ Union with their team, students, etc. Good potential overall. Curriculum is non-traditional. Felt like an extended workplace. Do give it a look and share your thoughts on the video

In person is Preferable always
Gives the panel better opportunity to judge you holistically. online interview is not great at reflecting your personality. Ofcourse then again, it goes both ways. Online interviews also allow you to stay in your personal space and can help a lot for people who have anxiety.

Hi deceptrix, applying to R3 with an improved GMAT is the right strategy.
