has anyone with less than 3 years work experience been admitted to Kellogg so far? I may be wrong but among the top schools they seem to go for more mature candidates
I met some people at DAK that had 2 to 4 years WE. There is one couple that my wife and I spent a bunch of time talking to since he was in my section and she was with my wife looking at dog friendly housing. That said there were a lot of folks in the 5-7 years experience too, so it goes both ways. I did meet several folks with 10+ years and so to keep that average around 5 years they have to accept people with only a few years experience.

On a side note, I got a provisional finaid package via e-mail. The good news is that I received a $13K Sears scholarship. Not sure what that is, really, as I have neither experience nor desire to go into Retail... I'm not complaining though
River, call Julie Israel regarding your package. She was VERY nice when I called her today and made sure that Kellogg had all of my docs. She also asked that I'd give her a call if I didn't get an email by tomorrow.
Congrats on the scholarship, I was told by a couple students that they have a lot of corporate scholarships that they do not put on their list. Wasnt sure how true that is but I guess you proved that. I think a lot of marketing people go into the retail side, I met one 2nd year who was going to be a buyer at Target and a couple others that had internships with places like Walmart and other large retailers...so it could be your interest in marketing that helped secure that. That adds another wrinkle in your decision process huh?
Here's to hoping that the rest of us admits that havent gotten our packages have some luck like you three have had so far.
