Hey guys, I just submitted my R4 application including the video assessment. Would appreciate it if those who got admitted could give me some advice on how to prepare for the interview and the typical questions. Thank you! :)

Interview is very straightforward and goals oriented. They may dig to understand your workex and activities you were involved in

i was not able to write 200 words in kira assessment? how much does that impact? any past experience

How many words are you expected to write for Kira written questions. 250 words seems a lot for 5 minutes

It doesnt matter just write as much as you can. There is no word requirement

I wrote more or less 140 words… my prompt said “no more than 200”. I am not entirely satisfied about the online assessment but fingers crossed…
