Hi, Is anyone here applying for MSCM at Schulich? I submitted my application on the last day of Round 2 applications (October 16th). Gave the interview on the 31st of October. Now awaiting a decision. Pls. share your application status.

I wanted to share a couple of resources for anyone who is applying to Schulich

In case you are applying for R3, I am starting a priority applicant program shortly wherein I will be personally mentoring applicants applying for the R3/R4 Rounds. The dynamics change a bit when you apply to the later rounds (the competition is a tad bit tougher and some schools might want to know why you did not apply earlier).

Well, for Schulich MBA - The team is usually high on work experience so a lot of the questions will be asked on your current work profile.
Apart from Profile based questions, you can expect a mix of competency, goal based and exploratory questions. In extreme rare scenarios, the adcom might through in a question related to current affairs as well.
The interview can last around 20-30 minutes, here is a snippet of some questions that you can expect:

Q1: Tell me about yourself


Q2: Why choose Schulich?

Q3: Which other colleges are you aiming for?

Q4: How do you think York will help you attain your goals

Q5: What are you passionate about?

Q6: Why the MBA, why not a different Masters Program?

Q7: Give some examples of your cross-cultural communication skills

Q8: Give me some examples of how you have followed your passion

Q9: How will a degree from our school, help you in the future? Or
what will be your key learnings from this degree?

Q11: Why did you say XYZ in your video essay?

Hi There,

I hope you all doing absolutely well. I have applied for MSCM program in Schulich. I just want to ask that I have 84% in Engg with 3+ years of exp in Big data. In admission requirement it's mentioned B+ GPA.So will they consider my application for review?
