Calling All Stanford Fall 2010 applicants!

I have a gift for you all, and damn I can't believe I did this-

I was randomly checking out my resumes ( I modified my base one a bit for each school's specific guidelines) and just realized I used a final draft (not polished product) of one for my Stanford. There were two glaring grammatical errors and a missed capitalization that sticks out, all in one freaking sentence.

Really wanted to do the E-IPER program too, sucks.

Hi,

I have received a couple messages asking for my stats so
F/27/Engineer/760

I m located in Latin America (although I am European) and will be interviewing in the country I work in. So no, not a Bay area applicant.

btw. just a nota bene for future interviewees, in past posts on this forum ive noticed that the interview completion date was 10 days.

i received an official invite notification from stanford yesterday (after an, "invite inquiry" ill call it, on thursday) and the completion time for the interview is now 7 days.

GL to everyone still waiting.

congrats biggus and thanks hermes! Sorry to hear about the resume error. Regardless of whether or not it has an impact, it still sucks to know that such a silly mistake was made.... that's why I don't like to look back through my essays. ;-)

No, haven't heard from them. I am also Indian national (living outside India for past 1.5 years). Wondering whether the interview invites are sent in order of region or or in order of application submission time!!

I am not an Indian national just a US national living in India and I was curious because maybe alumni might be hard to find out here...I am just giving myself some hope hahaha...oh well!

No, not a word, not a single line, no news from Stanford at all.

I wish all of us can get what we want, but I really cannot be sure this is going to happen any sonn! :(

I am curious whether those of you (edgy, biggus etc.) who just got invites also found new entries in your "my events" panel for campus events you have attended before your application. (as described above) Is it maybe a standard procedure to link the campus visit days to the online profile during the review process?
