I find it difficult to interpret if 150 words limit is for whole question or for only international exposure section? (Judge application Primary responsibilities question) Describe your primary job responsibilities; 1. type and size of internal and external teams with which you work or supervise 2. type and number of clients or projects you manage; 3. size of budget or revenue for which you are responsible; 4. international experience or exposure (150 word limit)

I have IELTS General Score of band 8. Do I need to give IELTS academic to apply to judge? I appreciate guidance you can provide.

Has anyone received interview invite for R1?

I haven't but the decision tracker shows that one person has been interviewed.

Email to find out. I think it is very likely that you will have to take your IELTS academic. Judge is very strict about the English language requirements. I had to take my IELTS too, even though I lived and worked in the UK for over 8 years.
