Hey, are UK unis and courses like MA/ M.Sc worth it for someone with 3-4 years of experience? (In terms of learning and job opportunities) Consider UCL, KCL, Imperial and Warwick for example. Any thoughts?

ishitaagarwal59 , really depends on the interest in which industry you want to end up and what role. And mostly in the end it’s MBA or MiM for some people to get into the dream companies and roles. And sometimes the recruiters are only very much concerned with the brand of the college than the program or you can say that your profile in the college you study in to get shortlisted for the interview. With many years of experience if you are passionate about the specific course and you know the outcomes from the course then it is worth doing doesn’t matter the label Msc or MA. In the end you should be clear that this is the role I aimed at post education. Inseecm1 , which intake is it? 2022 then maybe it is possible that the course started already in September or October? See if you can email admission team and ask about your application and use your application number to understand what the outcome is.

So word’s going around that universities in the UK are very competitive this year, know 2 people from India with GMAT scores of over 700 and decent work experience getting rejected from LBS’s MFA program, has anyone else heard of anything of this sort?

Guys, I’ve a really poor gpa (5.78/10). What I’ve learnt till now is that I am not eligible to apply to ANY uni, let alone top uni. What do you think can be done to counter it?
