Hi guys,
I've recently finished the OG and Verbal Review books and I feel like I still have a long way to go regarding CR. I get this constant feeling that my reasoning when picking answers is solid, but then I get faced with a wrong answer and it just kills my confidence. Any suggestions on a good book/resource that can help me improve my CR strategies? Thanks a lot!

If you still have problem in critical reasoning,my suggestion is you get the powerscore logical reasoning bible. But be warned it is a big book (500+pages)and will take a while to absorb.Work on SC more as it is the easiest area where score can be improved.

Just my thoughts.

Markymark, CR is definately a skill you can pick up. I used to be terrible at CR, but now I rarely get more than one wrong! The trick is to do lots and lots of practise questions, and getting used to how they try to throw curve balls at you (irrelevant answers are the main culprit).

Another trick is to look for what they are asking for. Most will be inference, weaken, or strengthen questions.

Also pay close attention to what, specifically, the question stem is asking. Also read each answer very carefully.
