Most business schools seem to be fairly open minded about executive assessment and probably not reporting it so they will not be picking on your score too much. I imagine that you work experience and your career will decide your chances…
PS. I have seen people with very high GMAT scores get rejected from the MIT Sloan fellows but admitted to CBS so scores are not everything.
