a) there aren’t any furniture and is dirty
Why 'are' is used when we are talking about a past event

b) it was a filthy mess and has no furniture
has is incorrect, should be 'had'

c) there wasn’t any furniture and it was filthy
correct out of all the options, use of was because of single noun 'furniture', it refers to room

d) it had no furniture and their wasn’t any furniture
messed up option, furniture twice
may be option supposed to be
it had no furniture and their wasn't any cleanliness

e) there were no furniture and it wasn’t clean
were is not used for singular noun, unless for subjunctive

IMO C

Need kudos, thnx
