Well most importantly is how does it fit into your past? into your future? Why HEC? (this one should be easy). It would also help if you show a love/desire for France and French language, as if you are expecting to stay there in the luxury industry, nothing less than fluency will be acceptable.

Other than that, all the regular advice for any interview stands…
