1 more thing to add to this: let's try and add, under each subtopic, a list of questions or links to questions we've come across from various sources (e.g. OG, Quant. Review, GMATClub tests, GMATClub user questions, Verbal Review etc.) relating to each topic. Then we can all start focusing on our weaker areas by hammering out questions from those areas, in a focused way...
