Hey guys,

I need some help with Absolute Phrases/Modifiers. I have been searching through the forum and on other's as well, but couldn't find much.

I know the basics and need help with the application part, how the GMAT tests/uses such constructions ?
Any help will be appreciated !

Don't think how GMAT will test it. Make it the part of your subconscious thinking when read. I highly recommend reading Wall Street Jurnal. It has a lot of Absolute Phrases and other Modifiers that GMAT will test.

Hi Rumanshu1990, our book EducationAisle Sentence Correction Nirvana discusses Absolute modifiers, their application and examples in significant detail.
