Looking for a private tutor in the D.C. area. If one is looking to solidfy and improve quant score, how many sessions would suffice? I have been going through the
MGMAT books but keep getting frustrated with word problems.
I am not thoroughly sure of how it works but I *think* the number of sessions is something that is to be decided by you and your tutor.
Ideally you may take a diagnostic test (GMAT Prep if possible) and hand it over to your tutor and thereby he or she can analyze where you are making mistakes and decide how many sessions are optimum.
I am assuming that the tutor is honest enough in his or her assessment and does not intend to charge you for more-than-enough hours. I talked to one private tutor a couple of months back and he was trying to discourage me from tutoring!! Pretty honest I would say
