Re: How to improve concentration [#permalink]
Your Concentration can be easily improved by following the technique called “Improve Concentration Using Keywords Technique” that I am going to explain below. This technique greatly improves your concentration and memory in a fastest and easiest way. You can start applying this technique of improving concentration right away in your studies or work and feel the change it brings in your life. It can be easily used by students, working professionals, businessmen, teachers, layman to do any work in an efficient way.

Most of the techniques for improving concentration are developed by psychologists, yoga teachers, doctors and other experts who are eager to give advice for any problems. But they don’t really understand the pain and difficulties undergone by the affected person who is not able to concentrate. I followed those techniques and tried to focus my mind forcibly, but I started feeling mental strain, tiredness, feeling sleepy, head ache, and pain in the toes. I was not able to study for more than half an hour. Although I felt a slight improvement of 2-5% on concentration but it was not enough. Also all those techniques take lots of time to practice and learn.

What I understood is to get complete concentration
· You don’t have to meditate
· You don’t have to play brain games
· You don’t have to learn yoga
· You don’t have to do breathing exercise
· You don’t have to eat special healthy food
· You don’t have to learn hypnotism
· You don’t have to spend your time on brain exercises
· You don’t have to hear any special songs
· You don’t have to learn mental tricks
· You don’t have to sit and stare at candlelight or any other picture
· YOU JUST HAVE TO FOLLOW THE TECHNIQUE OF IMPROVING CONCENTRATION USING KEYWORDS WHICH IS EXPLAINED BELOW

The Technique Of Improving Concentration Using Keywords
In this simple technique, the only thing you have to do is to find the right keyword on what you are studying or doing and whenever you lose concentration or feel distracted or your mind wanders to something else, start saying that keyword repeatedly in your mind until you come back to the topic you are studying or doing. The keyword may be a word or a group of words.

Buy this - https://www.amazon.com/Datexx-The-Miracle-Cube-Timer/dp/B0002U72LS. Unfortunately they don't have one for 75 mins, but set it to 60 mins, and don't do anything in that 60 mins other than OG problems, or to study Quant/Verbal concepts. Watch - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsSC2vx7zFQ, "you should want it as bad as you want to breathe," then and only then will you succeed.
