avigutman and Bunuel, can you please shed some light on how do we find the average weekly salary? Will it be total salaries/total weeks in a year?

CrushTHYGMAT you're asking about how to find the average weekly salary, but I suspect you meant to ask how to find the average (arithmetic mean) weekly salary of all the employees of this company.
You'd have to add up all weekly salaries of all employees, and then divide by the number of employees.
If you're given the annual salaries rather than weekly salaries, you have to add up all annual salaries of all employees, then divide by the number of weeks per year and also divide by the number of employees.
