(A) 0.008
(B) 0.08
(C) 0.8
(D) 8
(E) 80

We can translate the question to \(c = x\%*b?\) Then we want to find \(x = \frac{100c}{b}\).

We are given \(\frac{b}{c} = 5/4\), then \(\frac{100c}{b} = 100*\frac{4}{5} = 80\).

Ans: E
