must be E..

by st1 P might be 4,9,16,25,36 and sq. root might be 2,3,4,5,6 - nsf
by st2 P might be 12 to 26 - nsf

combining both the statements - P may be 16,36 - nsf

I agree with all the points mentioned by the member reply2spg, apart from the last point. Combining both 1 and 2, p may be 16 or 25... Hence the answer should be E.
