no. of condos sold= 2400= 15% of total housing units sold
=> total no of housing units sold= \(\frac{2400}{.15}\)= 16000
25% of total housing units sold were 4bhk.
so total no. of 4 bhk sold= 16000/4 = 4000

15% of total = 2400,
25% of total = (?)
i.e.= 2400 x 25 / 15
= 4000 (b)

I believe this stem should better address that "homes=housing units"

Total Number of Housing units = x
15% of x = 2,400
x = 2,400(100/15)
x= 16,000

Four bed room houses = 25/100(16000)
= 4000(B)
