This proves there is also value in posting our current situation: it'll be useful for next year's waitlisted ;)

At least the MBA connect numbers keep decreasing (slowly, but still...). Down to 196 this morning

Yep, I sure hope we'll be more on the line of last year's drop you mentioned (-15 after 1 week past the payment deadline) than just -2 :S

interesting. Is there noone got the call yet? How should we interprete this situation? No admit from waitlist or not finished extension process?

Actually, If I read correctly, any news following the first installment deadline should have been received by last friday. I would assume that if we do not hear anything by the end of this week, the next milestone would be around the 24th of February, where the final decisions on R2 are published.

if 196 is the real number of admitted students for R1 who accepted the offer from Insead, I'm afraid it's hopeless for waitlisted candidates

wonder if we can share targeted size of the class here. Personally I think the size will be around 1050 for 2012. And split among rounds to be about 4:4:2. Thus current number seems reasonable and expecting some movements in near future. What do you guys think?

What ??
it's 2*500, not 1*1000 so there are already 196/500 spots taken just on R1
I don't care about the January intake

I dont think echo is too far from the truth, lets stay positive :)

Assuming 1050, which I do not think is unreasonable, current class is I guess 1008 or somewhere, theres 525 for the September class and with a 4:4:2 split that amounts to 210...so hopefully we'll see some movement in the future.
