We can do it only if it was mentioned that Jerry took equal number of tests with scores of 80 & 60 respectively.

Lets assume of the 10 tests, Jerry scored;
Case-1: 80 in 6 tests, and 60 in 4 tests, so his total score will be = 80*6 + 60*4 = 480 + 240 = 720. Hence his average score will be 720/10 = 72

Case-2: 80 in 4 tests, and 60 in 6 tests, so his total score will be = 80*4 + 60*6 = 320 + 360 = 680. Hence his average score will be 680/10 = 68

So, there can be 10 such cases, and in each case there will be a different average score.
