My interview was with a second-year student and lasted around 35-40 minutes. The discussion covered the following topics:
1. Tell me about yourself
2. Post-MBA goals
3. How would Kelley help you achieve your post-MBA goals?
4. (I mentioned my interest in marketing in one of my answers) When and how did I realize my passion for marketing?
5. Biggest Achievement
6. Leadership style.
7. Reason for switching companies.
I was asked a lot of follow-up questions for each answer, but the interview felt very comfortable and conversational. Also, we talked about our shared interests (long-term goal) for a while. Then, I asked a few questions.

Hi,
I had my Interview with the MBA Admissions Counsellor at Kelley. She is a second-year student currently, and the entire discussion felt very easy and conversational in nature. She made sure I was comfortable and started by introducing herself. These were the questions in order:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Her next question was about one of my extracurricular experiences from my Resume (which I also mentioned in my Introduction).
3. Why MBA and Why Kelley?
4. What would be an ideal workplace environment for you?
5. What are your immediate short-term goals post-MBA?
6. What was your greatest professional accomplishment, and what was your role in achieving the same?
7. Any Questions for her?
The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. She mentioned that a few of the answers were very unique as compared to lots of interviews that she has had so far. She mentioned that the application reviewers will be different and she will simply provide her inputs based on the interview to the AdCom panel who will soon share the updates/decision.
Overall, I have a good feeling about my interview.

Hi, I had my interview with a 2nd-year student. It was conversational. The interviewer first introduced himself and told me how the interview is intended to be taken and that he will be taking down the notes while I answer the questions. I had prepared for the interview mainly from interview debriefs, which proved helpful. The interviewer has a set of questions to ask and will ask only those. Most of them are available on this forum only". The interview went on for around 40 minutes. The following questions were asked:
1. Walk me through your Resume/ Introduce yourself.
2. Why MBA.
3. Why Kelley.
Then he explicitly said that he will be asking behavioral questions.
4. Tell about your leadership style and what being a leader means to you.
5. TMAT when any member of the team was weighing the team down and how you resolved it.
6. TMAT you experienced failure.
7. TMAT when you received critical feedback.
8. Anything else you want to tell about yourself.
9. Any questions you have for me to ask.
(For the last question which is a standard one, I would suggest that one should prepare 2-3 questions because the interviewer told me that no one for past few days has asked him any questions and he would be happy if I asked him something.)

Interviewed with a second year student from Adcom. She did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable because I was a bit nervous.
The interview lasted for about 35 mins.
It’s a blind interview, meaning all they know about you is from your resume. They don’t know about your grades or gmat or anything. So give this your best shot and talk about yourself.
It’s okay if you falter in between say once or twice, the interviewer is really kind and will give you that time and help you calm you down.
Ensure that you’re answering the questions as asked, it’s okay if you’re a little verbose but as long as you answer the question, it’s fine. Give examples as much as you can.
All the best to all others who are interviewing for Kelley!
Questions asked-
1. Tell me about yourself?
2. Why MBA? Why now?
3. Why Kelley?
4. How do you resolve conflicts within a team? Can you give me an example when you did the same?
5. Tell me about your short term goals immediately post MBA
6. What’s your leadership style like?
7. What’s your role in a team?
At the end she asked if I had any questions for her. I had about 2-3 questions and that’s all.
She said the decisions will be out by mid March and all you gotta do is wait.

Just had my interview with one of the Admissions team members.
It was entirely conversational in nature.
She started about asking my introduction (Who you are?) very candidly and followed up a standard Why MBA question?
As I have done an exchange semester in US so she was interested to know about that. Almost all the questions during the conversation were focused on my leadership skills that I developed during my professional career. In the last she also asked about my hobbies in free time. She also asked if there is anything else I wanted to make a part of my application.
Total time = 50 mins

I just had my interview with a 2Y. I don’t feel that I did very well. I was so sweaty and stressed. I did prep but I don’t think I communicated very well. Hopefully things work out.

My interview was conducted by a second year. She asked the standard questions - why MBA? Why Kelley? Have you spoken to anyone at Kelley? Why now?
Its blind interview. So you can probably use some of your essay questions
Other questions such as what time of a leader would you say you are. Tell me about a time

I submitted my application on 15th October, pretty much the last day
I got my interview invite on 24th October asking to set up a call.
Based on mutual availability my interview was set on 28th October with Tyler Neal, a current student in their second year.
I was kind of amused to see I have been mapped to Tyler, both of us belonging to the LGBTQIA+ community and my profile being pro-LGBT. I don’t think that’s a coincidence though.
Tyler was friendly throughout and clarified it would be more of a conversation.
I will list out my questions:
1. Introduce yourself so that I may know you better.
2. Why Kelley School of Business?
3. What is your leadership style, and if not a leader than what role would you take?
4. Examples of organizational prowess that you have showed.
5. Community work (LGBT+NGO)
6. Example of a conflict and how you resolved it.
7. If you haven’t mentioned anything through your application or interview yet, please let us know.
8. Any questions that you have for me
The interview lasted about 45 minutes . I was asked to look out for a decision after a month or so.

My interview lasted for 40 minutes. A second-year student took my Kelley interview. My application is pro-LGBT as I belong to the community and I was actually shocked to see my interviewer was mapped based on it - they are the president of Kelley PRIDE and hence a lot of questions were focused on that.
beyond that, there were questions on why this school, what is leadership to you, if not a leader what else?, what discipline you want to pursue? ( I am keen on marketing)- so why marketing? short-term goals, anything you would like to ask them.
