Introducing Verified GMAT Scores


GMAT Club is introducing a new feature - now as you add your score to your profile, you have an option to confirm it and verify it using the Official Score Report System to certify that this is indeed your score so that there are no doubts or questions about it. Below is an example/screenshot of how it looks.

To confirm or add a new score, please visit the applicant profile area and click "Verify Your GMAT Score" button.
You will need your Pearson Vue link. If you lost it or don't have it, check this area.


GMAT Club does not save your personal information when you confirm your score - we will not use or display any other information, other than your score (e.g. school, personal, contact, etc - we do not save it or display it; we simply check the score report based on the unique score report link and DOB.

Feel free to post your questions here.

I have noticed one problem with it.
I took few times GMAT, and when I tried to verify - it updated all my attempts to my latest one.

@NadishSS - thanks for noticing. The old icon was drawn by me about 10 years ago, so I figured it was time to get something a bit more modern done. Hope it works!

Im failing repeatedly to verify my score. Is the link mentioned in red box in mail sent by pearson is the one that needs to be used for verification? If it is so, im getting error as below. have a look at pics.

Happy to help!

I have taken the GMAT 4 times, and I tried to verify my scores last night. I am happy to report that the GMAT Club score verification feature does indeed work for scores less than 5 years old.

bb - would it be possible to automatically add all GMAT scores from the score report (so that later the user would choose which one to display on GMAT club and which not)?
say I have 4 attempts - my score report has all of them, yet only the latest one is verified, leaving the older ones unchanged...

Just to report back on this issue - it has been fixed so people with multiple scores won't have them overwritten.

Thank you. I have looked into it and it seems your score has been canceled, so it is not getting reported and we cannot pull it up.
Is that so? The score has been canceled?

I think that this is a great idea, bb! There has been too much uncertainty on this forum regarding who is being honest about their scores, and who is not.

What about GMAT scores that are more than 5 years old? Can we verify those as well, or are we out of luck?

As far as I understand, GMAC will send scores between 5-10 years old to schools if you make a special request. Perhaps GMAT Club could register as an official recipient of GMAT scores? I have seen GMAT tutoring companies on the list of GMAT score recipients at the test center, so if they can create such an arrangement, then I'm guessing that GMAT Club can do so as well.

That being said, those of us who have taken a more recent test within the last 5 years (or those whose GMAT scores are more than 10 years old) are indeed out of luck:

Hi bb , I am trying to update my score but the screen just goes blank once I do the whole procedure.
Also the score doesn't get updated.

Hm... thank you for reporting this. Let me ask about this. Can you try again please? Sometimes GMAC system goes down....

If still does not work, you can PM me the link and your DOB and I will try verifying it for you and troubleshooting it.
