Thanks. Judging by last semesters post, it appears there is a significant lag in the number reported and the number admitted. Hopefully, the lag isn't too bad.

Yes, there is always a lag, as it takes a couple of weeks for the school to receive deposit and update the database. Hang in there guys....I know how it feels.

Last night, I received notification that I've been admitted to the weeknight program for Fall 2007! :-D

I see 108 people in the new student database so far.

My stats, for anyone who is interested:

Undergrad: Computer Science, ~3.5 GPA
Work History: 3 yrs in IT / Finance for top firm.
GMAT: 690

Very little extracurriculars. Very excited to have been admitted.

hi i applied on april 26th. i got a 690 on my gmats and have 3 years of working experience as a budget analyst. I still havent got a response. any thoughts?

I just think it is taking them some time - I believe they promise to give word by August 1st if you submitted a 'completed' application by the 15th.

I'm hoping to hear within the next two weeks though given my situation (I work for the university) I may be one of the last to hear!

quick question, do you get the same degree from NYU in a part time program as you would get in the full-time?

Yes, on the bright side I'm sure you can really improve your score - going from a 540 to anything in the mid 600 range would really show them your dedication.

I applied april 16th. i got a 690 on my lsats. graduated aith a 3.98 GPA but from a low tier school. I am coming on 32 months of work experience as a budget analyst. I just got my acceptance today. good luck to all

you will get an email saying your status has been updated, and at that point you will logon to the online status check to see the result.

All,

For those of you who applied, are any of you trying to make a career switch? Or is everyone a Career Enhancer?

I guess I will have to wait another week for a decision-Since it appears Tuesday and Wednesday are the magic days.
