I just took my GMAT this saturday and I'm confused, perhaps bitter. What makes it worse is that I had 690 and 700 on GMAT Prep about a week before the exam. Also, I scored 1510(770 M,740 V) on the GRE in 2009 CAT. I don't know if I should apply for the Masters in Management Program that I'm interested in since they accept both GRE and GMAT. I will definitely retake but not anytime soon. Can I have some suggestions.

Sorry to hear that. This seems a bit unusual. How did you feel during and after the exam? For someone in your situation, it's worth a retake. Bu tit's important to recognize what things you can do differently to prevent the same thing from happening. Were there psychological issues that prevented you from doing your best? Or did you feel you did well, but it turns out you may have fallen into some unsuspecting booby traps?

Take a few moments to absorb what has already happened so you can bounce back and prepare effectively for your retake.

Your GRE score is amazing. Can you tell us how you felt on test day? Were you nervous or had something else on your mind? I honestly think you can easily achieve 700+ if you retake with a fresh mind.
