Great feedback from oasis. Really gave me food for thought in terms of how to improve my profile (I'm not at the essay writing stage yet).

One addition I would say would be to collate some stats to summarise what most users are missing from profile or essays. And also to collate a set of common mistakes and common areas of improvement required.

I really appreciate this unique feedback "the comments were longer than the essay itself"

I believe in giving my 100% while reviewing essays. If you have given six hours to write essays, i must give one hour to review the same, and there is no point in reviewing essay for the sake of it.
