Hi,
I am looking for profile evaluation, Kindly suggest which best colleges can I target for the MBA/MiM 2021 intake. It will be really great if I can get some scholarship to pursue my program, any leads will be appreciated.
Background and nationality: Indian- Male
Class 10: CGPA 9.2
Class 12: 89% (major in science)
Undergrad Information: B.Tech Mechanical Engineering - 82 % (GPA 4)
GMAT: 710 (Q50, V35)
IELTS: Overall 8 bands
Work exp:- 3 years- Accenture- I have been working as a functional analyst in SAP technology. My job responsibilities include are as - Acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting: Investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives to develop necessary product modifications to address the client's business needs.
I have been to client side (Europe) for few months (if it counts something as extra).
Internships: I did two internships while in engineering in the manufacturing industry, though the brand names are not very big.
Post MBA goals : to work in a consulting domain
Extra curriculars:-
-I have worked as proactive member of the student club (established under the aegis of Society of Automobile Engineers) for 4 years and held various responsible positions including Convener and Public relations officer. Taken several initiatives for the betterment of college and students.
-I have been part of committees responsible for organising festivals in the college.
-Participated in National Level Competition.
-Worked on a research project.(can justify it on a letter head of college).
-Member of NGO and involved in social work.
Certifications: Product design & development - from an IIT powered forum.
1 certification course from Microsoft.
Looking forward for genuine suggestions.

Undergrad: Comp Sci from top 5 colleges in India(IIT)
Undergrad GPA: 5.6, It is on the lower side bur from a very prestigious college.
GRE: 329(Q166 V163)
Current Role: Project manager
Current Sector: Finance & Investments
Work experience: Worked in a MNC for 2 years where I worked abroad a project of 3 months duration. Got a promotion from a junior level to a Cloud lead. I worked with cross functional teams in India and US heavily- going to show teamwork and adaptability.
Post this, I Moved into an equity Research firm as a Project lead. Currently working as Project lead since 5 months. I currently lead multiple projects standing as a common ground between the investments team and the tech side.
Total work experience: 36 months by the time of Joining.
Short term goals: Move into an investment firm and work on Portfolio research in the equity markets(Sell side).
Long term goals: Move into a Private equity firm/Hedge fund in the buy side.
Extras:
Worked as a volunteer for differently abled
National level chess player
Lead departments in national level Fests.
Worked on an incognito startup(Failed)(Not sure if I should mention this)
Referees: Manager and colleague

I am also interested in doing my MBA please review!
I have been working for 7 years and I want to start to look into applying for business school.
My GPA is abysmal: 2.29 so I would like to build an alternative transcript, is community college good enough or a particular program recommended? How many courses would you recommend in lieu of this?
I did take a course on Coursera just recently which is graded and got a 97% so starting from there. I'm sure I can do well in any course now, just my undergrad was a tough time for me, I had a hard time adjusting, changed my major and tried to complete a tough one(Computer Science) in two years, basically a lot of bad combinations.
I took the GRE and my score is 315/340. I think I can increase it for sure by at least ten points so planning to retake but is GRE okay? Should I only take GMAT?
Third, I'm concerned about my extra-curriculars, apart from taking some music classes, I haven't done much. How can I set myself apart in the leadership department?
Any guidance here would be super helpful!
