I see that GMAT requires parallel. So these structures are correct:
from either X or Y
either from X or from Y.

This structure: "from either X or from Y" is incorrect. Don't know why this wrong structure is used in this question.

The traditional Kuki Clinics differ from others in Africa because they are composed of a presiding doctor and two doctors additionally coming from either that province or from the neighboring province.

A. because they are composed of a presiding doctor and two doctors additionally
B. because they are composed of a presiding doctor and also two other doctors
C. because they are composed of a presiding doctor and also of two other doctors
D. in that their composition is of a presiding doctor and two other doctors
E. in that they are composed of a presiding doctor and two other doctors

why is option C wrong in this question? According to my understanding 'Composed of' and 'also of' seemed parallel to each other and hence it was the preferred option for me in comparison with option E.

C is wrong because and and also are redundant.
