Magoosh account hacked

I have tried emailing the helpline of magoosh but no reply since. Both my email and my password have been changed by some unknown person. I have validity atleast till September 8th 2019.

Is any magoosh staff here who can help me with my issue? I can show proof that it is my account by the payment method i used.

Hello Sayantikanath

It doesnt matter if someone have stolen your account.

Magoosh should have your initial email recorded, when you register and purchased the study plan, I will assume premium one.

You should just email them from your initial email and with proof of receipt and that should be enough.

You should send email to : gmat@magoosh.com

Magoosh Staff used to be active on GMATclub.
bhavinp , margarette , ChrisLele , mikemcgarry

However, they last visited GMATclub more than 6 months ago.
Try to message them,
