GMAT Nightmare: Over before it started

GMAT Nightmare: Over before it started [#permalink] New post   31 Jul 2021, 06:27
I had scheduled for my GMAT exam to be taken on 31st July 2021 . However , minutes before starting my exam only , my proctor informed that Passport is compulsory before taking the exam. I was totally unaware of this as I only had other proofs like Voter ID & Driving License with me at that time. Also , my passport is currently under tourist VISA process for CANADA. Proctor said i have to reach out to GMAC for rescheduling the exam. How do I reach out to them and register a case . Please support

Hey! Did they want you to show them the passport during verification?

AADHAR is also allowed for indiaian students during verification process.

The best way would be to reach out to GMAC and clarify if you could use an alternative to the passport. I think Aadhaar Card works as well. Good luck.
