Selection criteria for Ivey MBA

Hello Everyone
I recently applied to Ivey Business School in their last international student deadline and I had completed my application well with good recommendation letters. However I took a grace time of one week to submit my GMAT score as I am still preparing and writing it for the first time. I have already got an invite for the interview hence I wanted to check if everyone applying to this school gets an interview chance or is it just the shortlisted people?
Further I am actually concerned for my score in GMAT as I have not been getting a decent score in my mocks and since there was a deadline approaching, I applied anyways and had to show my abilities in sections other than GMAT. I have seen a lot of references online where it shows Ivey still accepts students who display good leadership and who can add value to the program, Considering my tax consulting experience I am hoping to bank on this.
My questions would be, 1) Does everyone get a chance for the interview? and 2) If I get a low score can I submit a letter to the admissions committee highlighting my strong areas and request to still consider my application?
Thanks for your suggestions in advance
Cheers.

Kudos
Hi Neeraj,
I had applied for Ivey earlier in June(Rejected after the interview). Here is what I know about the questions you have posted :
1) Interview is invitation only, not everyone gets an interview call. 2) GMAT score is required, given you already got an interview invite implies they liked your profile including your strengths and leadership qualities. I am not sure if an additional letter helps you to mitigate a low score, others can reflect on this. I would say concentrate on your interview(Crucial for admit) preparation and GMAT.
Hope this helps and apologies for any miscommunication. All the best with the rest of the process.
The interview is by invite only hence the adcom would have sensed strength in your profile.
Gmat is mandated unless you are a CFA charter holder. Last yr during pandemic Ivey had allowed conditional admits ie they use to set you a target GMAT score post which you will receive final admit. I am guessing they might do the same for you if your scores are not ready.
Hope it was helpful!
