What is the criteria for GMAT waiver for various university and is there a drawback in case you go for a gmat waiver ?

Hi, I think a GMAT waiver may not be to the best way forward for an Over-represented applicant (I assume Indian), simply because there will be so many other similar applicants with a GMAT score (and maybe a high one at that). Unless you have a truly unique profile, that's a different story. The criteria differ for each school and you can find them on the website, but most they're on the lines of demonstrable quantitative work in your job or ay other quantitative coursework which you may have excelled at.
