I'm wondering if deadlines have possibly changed? I'm seeing 10/6 for R1 and 1/10 for R2

I am not sure. I would suggest you get your profile evaluated by an admissions consultant. Also check what is the average GMAT score for the recent class. Since to are from an over represented background I think the GMAT score has to be more than the class average.

Do you know for to get a profile evaluation?

Seems application for 2022 admissions are not open yet.
I am able to see only Evening and Executive MBA opening now.
