Can anyone pls confirm, Is IELTS/TOFEL compulsory for international students? No waiver?

Most of the colleges consider your ug degrees medium of instruct while considering waiver

so, if my undergrad is in english medium, they can offer waiver? specially Tepper

If it's evident that your previous school had English medium then you don't need language test for Tepper.

If I have given GMAT Is it necessary to give IELTS also? My 10+2+4 education was in the English medium.
