Had my interview yesterday, the interviewer has gone through the application materials—not only CV. The questions are pretty similar with the format:
-Introduction,
-Short & long-term goals (confirmation abt what I mentioned in the video essay),
-Why MBA and Why now
-TMAT leadership and what leadership means to you,
-TMAT teamwork and what it means to you,
-TMAT diversity and what it means to you,
-What do you know abt CMU and what do you want to do here
To those who put other schools in the application page, I suggest you to dig deeper on why Tepper and your study plan, aligned with your goals, to help offset the doubt of the yield

My interview was different from the other reports I've seen, perhaps because I come from a family business.
I think all Tepper interviews are not blind and the admissions member has gone through the entire application beforehand. It was an alright experience, but get used to receiving 0 reactions throughout, they spend more time making notes and my interviewer simply asked the questions she had been given. Questions were fairly standard, but she did ask me about my role because I wear many hats in my family business.
