Vibhatu , option1: x+y+z+a = 40
0.05x + 0.1y+ 0.5z + a = 16.5
y=z
Final equation:
x + 12z + 20a = 330
x + 2z + a = 40

Solving above equations:
10z + 19a = 290

z and a will be 10.

So Option A is sufficient
