Here are my stats:
Latina
5 years WE - software engineer/ senior business systems analyst
4 Promotion's and salary increases
On leadership committees for various organizations: Toastmasters, Women in Leadership and more
3 Letters of Recommdation - seem to be great!
GPA 3.2 from Cal Poly SLO - B.S MIS/ Minor Comp.Sci
GMAT - Q42(63%) but low verbal which pushed my overall down

I didn't retake my GMAT becuase there was just too much pressure at work but I really worked hard on my essays and improved my package I thought. Let's see...it's all perceptions!!

one question: can I change to weekend program? I am admitted to Weeknight.
Except the time, any difference between these two?

I got my un-official online confirmation today. Applied around September 29th, and last recommendation reached NYU last Thursday only (I know bcoz my recommender gave me the envelope to post only on last Wednesday, and I overnight-ed it that day).

I'd say everyone should continue to stay positive.
