2. Survive my wedding and honeymoon in July.

You are going to get married right before bschool? Is that a wise decision?

Marriage will be tough without bschool.
With bschool, your future wife might feel neglected or something.....
Imagine if she gets pregnant.....what will you do?
(Just curious)

I am in the same boat, getting married before B-school. We just don't want to wait two years to get married and I think it depends on your partner. Hopefully, S/he understands the impact school will have. The major assumption is NO KIDS during the two years. That's key :)

Yeah, we're not even willing to get a dog, never mind kids.

It is super common for people to get married right before school. I would say a hefty portion of married couples are newly married < 1 year when they show up. Better to be married than engaged or dating.

It's pretty common to get married right beforehand. With all things assuming that your wife/husband is supportive of your bschool decision, it will be fine. If anything, it can be easier to be married - there's someone else to help out with normal life stuff like errands, etc. I think dating and bschool would be more difficult.

Ooooh I like this post!

Here's my list:
-Learn to play golf, and learn to not grip the club so hard that my hand aches afterwards
-Teach my dog not to jump on people
-Throw a big party before I leave
-Find renters
-Not get pregnant
-Work from home as much as possible
-Party like a rockstar

You may laugh, and this may be too much information, but my wife was super late this month and I was freaking out. No way I could do business school were that the case. Fortunately, it was just stress on her part (my parents stayed at our house for a week), and I'm back to the completely different kind of worry about getting an admit...
